Twice, he’s been visited by the Secret Service.

I ask you to keep this report a secret from Guterman. I have a devious conspiracy that we can engage in, more on that later. While I’m not a mental health expert, I know compulsive behavior disorder when I see it. It’s astonishing to me that anyone would seek council from Guterman. I first became aware of Guterman the other day because of his posts on Donald Trump’s home page, Twitter feed. Frankly, Guterman’s posts were nonsensical mean word salads. That piqued my interest because he has a verified Twitter account and presumably his Ph.D. claim is genuine.

I did an internet search on his name, I’ll say this, he is an honest person. The first item on the search results was an article written by him that is titled as, My two visits with the Secret Service. I will provide the link to his article at the bottom of this report. I, by happenstance, came across his live periscope broadcast. It was out of focus and dark. It was impossible to see him or what he, Guterman, was doing. He was talking about the counterculture music movement in Great Britain and he mentioned the useful use of psychedelic drugs; that was all that I needed to hear and I went to YouTube and did a search on his name.

I found Guterman had a channel on YouTube. I began the review of his videos. It was painful, a lot of his videos were of him walking around New York City with a bad camera while I presume, he was under the influence of some kind of a drug(s). After enduring those videos I viewed this video. As I said, he’s an honest person. Toward the end of this interview when pressed by the host, Guterman admits his drug usage as a way to medicate for his clinical depression. After this video, I will display his Twitter posts that he displays in his article that got him into trouble with the Secret Service. What is mystifying to me is Guterman has this interview on his channel.

To my understanding, this post by Guterman did put him on the Secret Service’s radar. Guterman had fallen for fake news.

You will see a pattern of impulsive behavior in his posts. He seems to be largely powerless against his crass urges. On the plus side of the ledger, he recognizes when he falls prey to his compulsive behavior disorder.

These two posts triggered his first visit with the Secret Service. A normal person with a sound mind would’ve taken the agents’s admonishments to heart and would’ve curtailed their threatening rhetoric. Guterman reconstructed his scholarly assassination post. I assume he did post it on Donald Trump’s Twitter page because the reply to is blank. Guterman blames his first visit with the Secret Service in part on Trump supporters as he believes he was reported by them. Guterman seems to be unaware of the concept of personal accountability.

Better late than never, it took two days for Guterman to noodle-out that he had once again fallen prey to his impulsive disorder.

These three posts triggered the second visit with the Secret Service.

Guterman’s final statement from his article.

On August 16, 2019, I heard a loud knock on my door.

“Who is it?” I asked.

“Secret Service.”

I allowed two men into my residence: a Secret Service agent and a detective with the Broward County Sheriff. They informed me that they knew this was my second visit with Secret Service. They also informed me that the visit was about two tweets (see above).

I was told that if they visit me again, they will have a grand jury indictment and I will be arrested. They asked me if I have guns, a history of mental illness, a history of arrests, and if I am socially isolated. The Secret Service agent made it clear to me that I have a right to criticize Trump, but I do not have a right to make threats. They deemed the two tweets (see above) as threats. I found both the Secret Service agent and the detective to be firm, fair, and respectful.

What Now?

I suspect that a Trump supporter called Secret Service on July 3, 2018, the same day that I posted a tweet to Donald Trump, Jr. (see above). I received a lot of support on Twitter about that incident and I am thankful for this. The main concern expressed to me on Twitter has been that the U.S. government has infringed on my First Amendment rights. Many people on Twitter, upon learning that I was visited by the Secret Service, also expressed concern about the hypocrisy of it given Trump’s history of threats, including his threats to Hillary Clinton (see videos below), his claim that he could shoot somebody on Fifth Avenue and not lose any voters (see video below), and Trump having called the press the enemy of the people.

On to the conspiracy; Guterman has demonstrated that he has poor judgment with compulsive behavior. I am not advocating that people should try the following; I’m just presenting that Guterman would be easy to manipulate to make another mistake that the Secret Service would react to with certain action, thereby causing him to be imprisoned.

Guterman has showed he can be easily goaded into rash actions. I surmise some of his posts were written while he was under the influence of drugs. Guterman would be especially vulnerable to goad while he was high.

I suspect he is under the influence of drugs while he’s conducting live interactive periscope broadcast. This would be the opportune time to strike with a manipulative goad.
