I first became aware of Nancy Pelosi in 2010 when she said, “But we have to pass the bill so you can find out what is in it, away from the fog of controversy”. This statement was troublesome to me on many levels. Nancy Pelosi was, in this statement, attempting to kill the legislative process and elevate herself to that of a monarch. A monarch makes decrees that subjects have to accept. When the ACA bill was passed and President Obama signed it into law, it was challenged in the Supreme Court. A tax was imposed on those that did not participate in the ACA or did not have health insurance. This tax was a tax on the person’s very own existence. Only monarchs, in the very distant past, have dared to tax life itself. To be clear, the tax was not on any goods or any services. The dopey Judges of the Supreme Court upheld this tax as part of the ACA. I will not go into my disdain for the high court at this time as that’s another article waiting in the wings.
In July of 2017, Nancy Pelosi said, “If the Republicans repeal the ACA, hundreds of thousands of people will die”. Was Nancy Pelosi trying to incite another shooting of Republicans? Did hundreds of thousands of Americans die yearly due to no access to healthcare before the ACA? If this was so, then why did the Democrats and Nancy Pelosi wait so long to stop this genocide? The likely answer is Nancy Pelosi is living up to my characterization of her. Nancy Pelosi is not even sure who is the president at this time. Nancy Pelosi keeps railing against George Bush as if he is still the president. I find this most perplexing because of the fact that Nancy Pelosi was front and center when Donald Trump took his oath of office for the presidency. See the picture below with my mind-reading of Nancy Pelosi.
Now Nancy Pelosi is one step from talking to walls. Nancy Pelosi has said walls are immoral. How does Nancy Pelosi know what walls are thinking? Last I checked, walls are inanimate objects that are incapable of thought, planning or actions. I jest, of course, Nancy Pelosi said walls are immoral instead of, people who erect walls are immoral or a country that erects walls is immoral because she has a wall around her home in San Fransico and she has voted for barriers on our Southern border in the past. Also, many countries have erected walls to protect their citizens from terrorism. Nancy Pelosi didn’t have the stones to call Israel an immoral nation or America an immoral nation. It is disturbing to me that Nancy Pelosi is second in line to the presidency. I pray she is never picked as the designated survivor for our government.
