Kimmel with his henchmen used Jim Crow mockery to disparage a wonderful man, Karl Malone, for his personal enrichment. What’s more disturbing is Kimmel blackened himself in his portrayal of Mr. Malone as a slow-witted person. Kimmel mimicked Mr. Malone by saying things Mr. Malone wouldn’t say in a million years. Kimmel admits Mr. Malone caught his attention because Mr. Malone often says Karl Malone instead of saying I. Mr. Malone fell into this third-person referral because, by his own account, he doesn’t like to hear himself using `I´ as it sounds to him like bragging.
It seems as though Mr. Malone likes Kimmel like a pet because he appears on short segments on Kimmel’s show. In those segments, Kimmel tries to best Mr. Malone in wit and knowledge. Mr. Malone wins ever bout easily. In one segment, Kimmel tries to challenge Mr. Malone’s Christian faith by posing this paradox; if God can do anything, could God make a basketball so big that he/she could not pick it up? Mr. Malone elegantly answered, “God can do anything.” To my amusement, Mr.Malone added, you are going to hell.
Kimmel has apologized for his blackening of himself to mock Mr. Malone. But all are in agreement it wasn’t a sincere apology. Kimmel adheres to all of Black Lives Matter’s platform points. Kimmel didn’t offer any reparations to Mr. Malone or the African American community for his wrongdoing by his own admission. Hence, his apology was meaningless. By Kimmel’s own standard, his family bears Kimmel’s sins because they benefited from Kimmel’s Jim Crow mockery of Mr. Malone. Kimmel’s henchmen writers owe their contrition as well.
If Kimmel wasn’t a Jim Crow mocking exploiter, Kimmel would have invited Mr. Malone to take part in his skits. It is as if Kimmel’s mockery of Mr. Malone was an effort to diminish a Black Athlete’s accomplishments.
Jimmy Kimmel must not be shown any measure of mercy. Kimmel has been at the forefront of cancel culture.
