Methodology: I will judge the dish on its appearance, texture, amount, price, components, and taste. I then will rate the dish from 1-5 stars. I will say the servers are always kind and attentive to the restaurant clientele. In the times I have eaten there, it was always a positive experience. This was a takeout order. I ordered the steak to be cooked to medium-rare. And that’s what was delivered. The meat was seasoned properly. It was tender and juicy. The cooks at River City Brewing Company are experts in cooking meats. The Chimichurri sauce was pleasant enough for the dipping of the meat and asparagus. A better choice would be Hollandaise Sauce for the asparagus. The asparagus was just slightly undercooked. The mashed potatoes needed the help of gravy. I used the herbs in the Chimichurri sauce to help the mashed potatoes. This dish earns 4 stars because of the steak.
