I’m using this as my benchmark for a future review of Wing Stop’s boneless wings. The cost of the Garlic Sticks with Cheese was $6.99. It was $9.99 for the KC Masterpiece BBQ wings which is 8 ounces. These sides are from Mountain Mike’s Pizza, El Camino Avenue, Carmichael, California. I forgot to take a picture before I began my devouring. I split the sides to make two meals. I ate three breadsticks and three boneless wings the day before for my combination Lunch/Dinner.
I will say, I was pleased the wings weren’t wet as shown in the online photo. I dislike handling my food and double so for wet and sticky food. The wings were tender with the coating flavor going all through the meat. I detected an ever-so-slight taste of smoke within the wing meat. I enjoyed the slight caramelization of the wing coating. As I have never had boneless wings before, I can’t assign a number value from 1 to 10. I will say, I highly recommend these wings. You can’t go wrong by ordering these breadsticks either. About the dipping sauce, I was please at the volume given, I picked ranch. And the cups for dipping were wide enough for the wings to be dipped to the bottom of the cup.
