FISA: Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act
FISC: Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court
Carter Page surveillance
Before Comey admitted the usage of the Steele dossier in the FISA warrant application, I confirmed the usage in two direct ways. 1. I compared passages from the dossier to what was represented in the application. The same accounts with the unique verbiage appeared in both the dossier and the application. 2. I looked at the pages of redacted paragraphs in the application and looked at paragraph patterns in the dossier. I am reasonably certain that sections of the dossier were cut and pasted into the application.
Comey’s “mosaic” claim of multiple sources.
Comey’s statement is misleading in the extreme. Nellie Ohr’s disinformation wasn’t included in the dossier, however, her work product served as a second source in the application.
The Department of State was the third source. However, on page 113 in the footnotes of the House Intelligence Committee’s report, it states that an associate of Hillary Clinton was feeding sections from the dossier to the Department of State.
The associate’s name was redacted. I defeated the redaction with 100% confidence. I did this by matching the font size with my extensive knowledge of Clinton’s associates’ names. There was only one name that fit and filled that redaction, Sidney Blumenthal.
The fourth source. The media was cited in the application as a source. The media was fed from two different sources. On page 83 from the United States Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court’s report on surveillance abuse, this page states that improper disclosures by the FBI of raw FISA warrant information was disclosed to three contractors. I believe two of the three contractors were Fusion GPS and CrowdStrike.
Steele was also feeding his dossier to the media outlets in Washington D.C. Comey’s “mosaic” has a fatal flaw. All or 99% of the cited sources in the application lead back to Fusion GPS.
It was revealed in the House Intelligence Committee’s report that the DNC and the Hillary Clinton Campaign through the law firm of Perkins Coie did contract Fusion GPS to do opposition research on Donald Trump.
Multiple FISC warrants on members of the DJT campaign.
I believe Paul Manafort was under a FISA warrant before he joined the DJT campaign because of his activities in Ukraine. It is possible that the FBI had a mole in the campaign to steer Manafort into the campaign.
During Comey’s closed-door testimony, Comey relates the following on the second day on page 11 and 12 in the transcript:
Mr. Comey. He said he wanted — I’m reading from the top of my own memo, second page. He said he wanted to ask me a question and I could decide whether it was appropriate to answer. He then asked, do you have a FISA order on Mike Flynn?
Mr. Gowdy. All right. And did you answer it, or did you tell him it was inappropriate for him to ask?
Mr. Comey. In a way, both. I paused and said that I would answer here but this illustrated the kind of question that had to be asked and answered through established channels. And then I answered his question.
We don’t get the answer to President Trump’s question, however, in FBI agents Peter Strzok’s and Joe Pientka’s summaries 302s of their interview of General Flynn, we do get confirmation that the FBI did seek and gain a FISA warrant on Flynn. I know this because while Flynn was on vacation with his wife on an island in the Caribbean Sea, the FBI acquired transcripts of every text message that Flynn sent and received as well as every phone conversation. Strzok and Pientka had those transcripts during the interview.
Strzok and Pientka continue to refresh Flynn’s memory of his phone calls while on vacation by using those transcripts. There is no reason to believe that Flynn wasn’t under surveillance the entire time that he was connected to Mister Trump.
Using the NSA’s two-hop rule, everyone in Trump Tower, everyone in the Trump campaign, everyone in the Trump organization, and everyone in President Trump’s administration was subject to surveillance up to September of 2017.
In the newly released testimony of Loretta Lynch, she did confirmed that Michael Cohen, Paul Manafort, and George Papadopoulos were subjects of FISA warrants.
I wouldn’t be surprised that in time it was revealed that Kellyanne Conway was a subject of FISA warrant by the FBI.
In closing, remember when President Trump tweeted that he had been surveilled by the Obama administration and all the ridicule that descended from the media and Clapper, Brennan, and Comey. To the present, those in media and those individuals that I cited keep moving the goal post. They don’t deny surveillance, but they justify the surveillance as lawful. My question to Clapper, Brennan, and Comey is: When President Trump posted that tweet over a year ago, why didn’t you say the surveillance had occurred but it was implemented lawfully?
