All because Hening refused to disrespect our nation by kneeling during the national anthem. I won’t belabor the issue but will cut to the chase. Soccer coach Chugger Adair violated Hening’s rights of free speech as described in the First Amendment of the Constitution. Adair is a government official because he draws a salary from state taxpayers. In my opinion, Adair has forfeited all of his constitutional protections. I apply that standard to those officers who beat Rodney King, Derek Chauvin who kill George Floyd. In both cases, the officers denied the accused their due process rights under the constitution.
From the reading of the complaint, we see support for the organization of Black Lives Matter had become a forced religious observance. The players are being forced to protest against our country by the college coaching staff as agents of the State.
