The last few days have been raining Breaking News. Yesterday, I listened to Trump’s and Colorado’s lawyers making their cases about whether it is constitutional for Colorado to remove Donald Trump from the election ballots. Even the liberal judges pounded Colorado’s lawyers. Justice Roberts asked if the court upheld Colorado’s right to remove Trump from the election ballots, wouldn’t that invite other states to retaliate? Colorado’s lawyers responded with a lengthy word salad. I anticipate a decision of 8-1 to 9-0 in favor of Trump.
There are reports that 3% of the COVID shots were “defective” and those “defective” batches were only sent to the Red States. I am upset because, if true, the Democrats stole my idea to poison the Blue State citizens. In 2020, I floated that idea to President Trump. I realized that politicians like Adam Schiff, Dan Goldman, and Eric Swalwell are not enemies of this Republic, but instead, it’s the citizens in the Blue States who return these politicians term after term to Congress, who are the enemies of the Republic. Just suppose someone killed Adam Schiff, his district in California would replace Schiff with the { equivalent } of Schiff’s evilness.
Robert Hur published his report on Joe Biden’s handling of classified documents and classified information. From CNN: The special counsel report found that Biden willfully retained classified information, including top secret documents, and knew he was in possession of some documents as far back as 2017, and shared some of that information with the ghostwriter of his 2017 memoir.
A painful report for Biden: Hur laid out in detail how Biden mishandled classified materials, writing that FBI agents discovered materials from “the garage, offices, and basement den in Mr. Biden’s Wilmington, Delaware, home.” The materials included classified documents, including some marked at the highest top secret/sensitive compartmented information level, related to military and foreign policy in Afghanistan, as well as notebooks containing Biden’s handwriting. Hur’s report also included photos depicting various parts of Biden’s homes, materials at issue in the investigation, and other relevant scenes over the years.
In remarks late Thursday, Biden said he’s pleased Hur “reached a firm conclusion that no charges should be brought against me in this case.”
“The special counsel acknowledged I cooperated completely. I did not throw up any roadblocks. I sought no delays,” the president said of his response to the investigation.
The report also mentioned apparent memory lapses, saying investigators found Biden’s “memory was significantly limited” during interviews with his ghostwriter and an interview with Hur’s office last year. According to the report, Biden – during the 2023 interview – did not remember when his son Beau died nor the years he was vice president.
Hur wrote in effect that Biden is too feeble-minded to stand trial. So, Biden had a late presser to refute Hur’s findings about his/Biden’s mental { acuity }. Biden killed his presidency according to Ben Shapiro.
After a special counsel found Biden "willfully retained and disclosed classified materials" and called him an "elderly man with a poor memory," Biden held a brief — but angry and incoherent — press conference.

The first 35 minutes are best.
I watched Tucker Carlson’s interview with President Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin. For the first 34 minutes, Putin gave a lecture on Russia’s and Eastern Europe’s past thousand years of interactions and how both bodies formed. Carlson’s question sparked that history lesson, “Why did you invade Ukraine?” In my opinion, Putin intended to riff a thousand years of history no matter what Carlson asked for the first question. I believe what Eric Matheny wrote on X is a correct assessment. “It’s a sad day when Putin riffs for 30 minutes covering 1200 years of Russian history from memory while Biden struggles to complete a single comprehensible sentence. America is not safe.” Matheny’s reaction was Putin laid purpose for his history lesson. Matheny wasn’t alone in his assessment either, it was widespread across X. My reply to Matheny: “So true, Eric. As Putin recited history, I thought, there’s no way that @JoeBiden is equipped mentally to negotiate with Putin. I also remembered the false reports of Putin’s health.
